Q: How Long Do I have to Request A Return? We are currently offering a promotion for free return shipping on orders of $500 or more with a replacement order of an equal or greater value item. Sample sizes (2x3 to 6x9) can also be returned at no cost when an exact replacement is ordered in the amount of $500 or more. For your convenience, we will send a pre-addressed call tag to pick up the rug to be returned. Please note: If the replacement item is also returned, the return shipping on both items will be at the customer’s cost; which is based on the original shipping fees incurred by Rugs Done Right. This a one time offer per customer. |

Q: How Do I request a Return? Email returns@rugsdoneright.com with your name, order number, and the item you wish to return. Include the reason for the return, as well what items, if any, you would like to exchange for. You may alternatively fax or mail in your request. |

Q: What are the Next Steps in the Returns Process? Once you email your request to return, we begin the process of acquiring a Return Authorization Number for you. You will be emailed complete return instructions within 1- 6 business days. This email will include the RA# to be written on the package and the address to return. After the email is sent with RA#, the item must be back at the warehouse within 10 days. Lastly, email the return tracking number to returns@rugsdoneright.com. |

Q: Who Pays the Shipping Charges? Rugs Done right pays for all the shipping fees to you, yet the return shipping will be at your expense. If you qualify for the Free Return Shipping Promotion, the return shipping on the original rug will be at our expense as long as all the requirements for the reorder are met. Q: How Do I package the Rug? Wrap the item in the original wrapping and seal the seams with packing tape. If the original wrapping is not available, please use Tyvek wrapping or double wrap with heavy duty trash bags. |

Q: Can I Ship my Rug Back USPS? You may ship the item back by any carrier you wish, however for your protection you should always insure the item and obtain a tracking number. Without the tracking number, there is no way to confirm that the item was properly returned. |

Q: How Long Does it Take to Receive a Credit? Credits can only be issued after the item is received and thoroughly inspected. This can take up to 3 weeks from the date of delivery. |
