This rug very soft and beautiful. I would say the cream is closer to an off white than cream. The movement is stunning. I spent months searching for the perfect area rug and finaly found it.
Unfortunately I had to send the rug back to where it originated from as per Jamie. It was sent to Brian in Utah. He sent me a rug with a dark brown background and my initial request was to have this rug with the light tan background to match a Tibet Poppies rug I already have. Brian received the rug yesterday (3-13-25) according to USPS tracking. I sent this information to Jamie and am waiting to hear WHEN he intends to issue me a full refund. I have already paid $34.00 to return the rug through no fault of mine. Please have Jamie issue this refund as soon as possible. I would like to put this matter to rest. Sending me another rug is not an option. Thank you. Beverly Russo
